Tetra LightWave Timer for LED Lights - 293403

Product Description Switching to modern LED technology has never been easier. With the Tetra LightWave Timer, various lighting scenarios can be individually controlled to provide fish with a natural lighting experience. The timer allows for manual dimming or the setting of custom sunrise and sunset times. In the sunrise scenarios, the brightness of the light gradually increases or decreases over several minutes to realistically simulate the rising and setting of the sun. Additionally, cloud scenarios can be set up, mimicking the cloud patterns that fish are familiar with from their natural habitat. Ultimately, a thunderstorm setting can simulate a tropical downpour. With this, the Tetra LightWave Timer supports a fish-friendly and natural environment in the aquarium. The timer is an addition to the Tetra LightWave complete set. LED lighting stands out from old halogen lamps or fluorescent tubes due to its low power consumption and energy efficiency. Furthermore, LED lamps emit significantly less heat and have a much longer lifespan. They do not contain mercury, unlike older fluorescent tubes, which can pose a risk to the aquarium and its inhabitants if damaged. The high lumen output of the Tetra LightWave LEDs makes the aquarium shine in brilliant and natural daylight. The optimal lighting benefits especially the aquarium plants, which are stimulated to produce chlorophyll by the light spectrum of the lamp. Thus, Tetra LightWave promotes plant growth and ultimately a healthy ecosystem in the aquarium. Set includes: Tetra LightWave Timer Manufacturer/Importer Address: Herrenteich 78, D-49324 Melle
