OXO Good Grips Square Grater with Removable Zester - 11231700

Style designation: Etched Box Grater with Zester The etched OXO Good Grips® box grater with catching container and detachable zester is the perfect 4-in-1 kitchen accessory for grating and shredding. Each side of the grater has a different surface for various tasks. The medium-fine grater is suitable for hard cheese and chocolate, the coarse grater for softer cheeses and vegetables, and the slicer for cutting fine vegetable slices. The fine-toothed zester can be removed, allowing you to use it directly over a bowl or plate. The grating surfaces are made of etched stainless steel and remain sharper for longer thanks to a special process that finely grinds the metal. The sharp cutting edges enable quick grating even with hard ingredients like nuts and ginger. The non-slip base and comfortable handle ensure safety and stability. The freshly grated food is collected in the handy container, which you can also use for measuring and storing the grated ingredients. The sturdy grater can be quickly and easily cleaned in the dishwasher on the top rack.
