JBL ProTemp s150 Regulator Heater for Freshwater and Saltwater Aquariums, for 90 - 200 l - 6042400

Heater for the aquarium. Fish adapt to the outside temperature. The life functions of cold-blooded animals decrease with falling temperatures. Therefore, the right aquarium temperature is very important to ensure problem-free food intake and smooth metabolic function. Depending on the origin of the fish, the temperature at which they feel comfortable varies. Easy installation. Insert the heater into the supplied protective basket. Select the desired temperature using the adjustment knob and immerse the heater at least up to the "min. water level" line in the aquarium. Secure it with the suction cups. Once the heater is connected to the power supply, the indicator light will turn on. The heater can also be mounted horizontally, e.g., in turtle tanks. Optimal temperature transfer. The safety control heater from JBL offers optimal temperature transfer in the range of 20-34°C. With the help of the adjustment knob, a regulation accuracy of +/- 0.5 °C is ensured. The maximum achievable temperature depends on the water volume and the temperature difference to the surrounding space. Safety control heater. Embedded in a protective basket, it prevents fish from getting burned. The heater is waterproof, can be submerged up to 100 cm, and is very stable with 2 mm safety quartz glass. If the water level drops or the heater is removed from the water, the safety thermostat switch will cut off the power supply to protect against overheating. The heater is TÜV certified. 50 years of innovation out of love for animals. In 1960, Joachim Böhme turned his hobby into a profession and opened a pet store.
