The replacement valve contains a cooking indicator with markings for gentle level 1 and quick level 2. It also offers a cooking level selection and a safety function. The pressure limiting function ensures automatic evaporation (max. 1.5 bar) if the desired cooking function is exceeded. Easy replacement is possible by screwing the cooking crown to the lid from above and the cooking crown nut from below.
