Bresser Telescope Eyepiece PL 15mm Eyepiece 31.7mm/1.25 - 4920215

A proven quality Plössl eyepiece in a classic four-element design. Ideal for expanding the eyepiece range of smaller and medium telescopes at a reasonable price. To ensure high light transmission (image brightness) and to avoid disturbing reflections, all lens surfaces are multi-coated. All BRESSER Plössl eyepieces are equipped with a rubber eyecup that provides additional viewing comfort and prevents stray light from entering from the sides. The eyepiece housing and barrel are made entirely of high-quality metal, not plastic. A standard 1.25" filter thread for color and nebula filters is, of course, included. To further reduce disturbing reflections, the inner sides of the eyepiece barrels are carefully blackened. The short focal lengths (high magnifications) are excellent for observing the Moon and planets. The long focal lengths (low magnifications) allow for beautiful wide-field observations of star clusters and nebulae with a comfortable eye relief. All Plössl eyepieces offer significantly higher contrast and image sharpness than the very inexpensive standard Kellner or Huygens eyepieces. Thus, the BRESSER Plössl eyepieces greatly enhance the overall performance of your existing telescope with a manageable financial investment.
